Healthy Hamburger Delight for fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia Reason that blood sugar does not lower and fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia symptoms do not appear: 1. Carbohydrate grams do not exceed Protein Grams. 2. Although whole oat groats have an average glycemic load, this particular carbohydrate portion is kept small to 1/2 cup in relation to the protein. If blood sugar lowers, cut down to 1/4 cup. Healthy Hamburger Delight for fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia 3 ounces of Round Steak 2 egg whites 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil Serve with a 1/2 cup of whole oat groats and 1/4 cup of light fruit. Trim the fat off of the round steak. Put the round steak into your grinder - making your own ground beef. Season your ground beef and egg whites. Heat up frying pan with olive oil. (You can actually add really tiny pieces of round onions and carmalize them in the olive oil, if you want more flavor). Cook the ground beef until brown. Add 2 egg whites on the top of the ground beef. When egg whites are cooked, with groats and light fruit. FMS-Diet Home |
