Egg White and Cheese Omlette for fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia symptoms

Reason that blood sugar does not lower and fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia symptoms do not appear:
1. Most of the carbohydrates (bell peppers and string beans) in this recipe have a low glycemic load.
2. Carbohydrate grams do not exceed Protein Grams.
3. Although onions have a slightly higher glycemic load, its portion is kept very small.


Egg White and Cheese Omlette for fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia
1 ounce of deli ham
4 egg whites
1 slice american fat free cheese
1/2 cup of onions
1/2 cup of Green Bell Peppers
1/2 cup of Red Bell Peppers
1/2 cup of Yellow Bell Peppers
1/2 cup of String Beans
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Sprinkle of celery salt
Sprinkle of chili pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a nonstick pan, then saute onions. Add bell peppers and string beans. Sprinkle with seasoning. Then add ham. In a second non stick pan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil. Add eggs whites. Cook until an omlette forms. Fill omlette with vegetables and american cheese, then fold over.
